"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, 'I will try again tomorrow'." ~Mary Anne Radmacher~

Good evening dear ones. What is courage? I think courage is the ability to keep moving when you feel like giving up. I also think it is the ability to look your fears in the eye, and tell them 'not today, I can and will conquer you this time'. It's reaching deep in to the darkest part of your soul, and facing what you've pushed down for years. Courage comes in many forms, and may not always be easy to spot in someone, especially yourself.

People fight battles every day. You may see them, and without knowing what they may be going through, consider them weak. You may see the outside appearance but you would never know the pain that is hidden. We go through life hiding our suffering from others, and many times, ourselves. We carry the world on our shoulders, and keep that burden for reasons beyond our understanding. It may be some deep seeded trauma that happened when you were young. It may be a view of the world that was instilled on you over many years. Then people may take measures to relieve themselves of that burden, Drugs, booze, sex, or other vices, to cover up those problems. Perhaps it gets to the point where there is so much pressure they take their own lives.

My loves, please know that if you need to talk someone there are many that will listen. You don't have to take on the world alone. You don't have to hide in the dark, and try dealing with the pain by using band-aids. Nature, is a good healer. Feeling the Earth beneath your feet, the wind in your hair, the songs of the creatures, is some of the best therapy I know. Laughing with a good friend, or a cleansing cry on your best friends shoulder, are also wonderful therapists. Find what works for you, and heal from within.

Be good to each other, and yourselves. Life is hard, but worth it. Be Kind, Be Peace, and Be Love. Yesterday is past and tomorrow isn't promised. Live and love for today. - Live - Laugh - Love - Namaste
