"When your world moves too fast and you lose yourself in the chaos, introduce yourself to the color of the sunset. Reacquaint yourself with the earth beneath your feet. Thank the air that surrounds you with every breath you take. Find yourself in the appreciation of life." ~Christy Ann Martine~

Good evening dear ones. I hope you are all doing well in this time of uncertainty. I thought today's quote was rather appropriate with the state of the world today. For so long we have rushed around trying to get this done, or that done. We speed through life trying to make it in this world, meet those deadlines, and damn the consequences of the actions we take to get there. No one seems to notice the ones that are being trampled on to get to the top, or make that almighty dollar. The fear, hate, and cruelty that has swiftly escalated and made it into the mainstream as something almost normal has reached close to a crescendo.

Now, all of a sudden the world is coming to a stop. Businesses are temporarily closing their doors, and the world is slowing going into lock down. People are working from home, and only essential businesses remain open all due to a virus that is currently taking the world by storm. In this time of isolation and quarantine people are coming together, even while staying apart. Kindness is becoming the mainstream and those who can help others in need are doing their part to get it done.

My loves, although this situation is certainly serious I believe this could bring about some positive changes in the world. Aside from bringing ourselves closer to our families that we may be at home with, we can also get closer to who we are inside. Reflect on how far we've come and know that even though things seem dire right now, we will make it through this. Reacquaint yourself with Mother Earth, and your own inner spirit. Take stock of the important things in life and remember that life itself is precious and sacred. Check on your friends and loved ones during this time and then continue even when this is over. Spread kindness faster than any virus and keep it going.

Be good to yourselves and each other. Be Kind, Be Peace, and Be Love. Never let a day go by without telling your loved ones how you feel. Yesterday is past and tomorrow isn't promised. Live and love for today. - Live - Laugh - Love - Namaste
