"If you are willing to look at another person's behavior toward you as a reflection of the state of their relationship with themselves rather than a statement about your value as a person, then you will, over a period of time cease to react at all." ~Yogi Bhajan~
Good afternoon dear ones. When you look at yourself in the mirror, what do you see? Do you really see yourself, or just the surface? Do you look in your own eyes and see the hidden truths? Is there happiness or pain there? Can you smile at your reflection, and if you can, does it reach those baby blues, gorgeous greens, or beautiful browns? Are you able to look at your face, and your body and say 'I love you' and mean it?
Your relationship with yourself is just as important as your relationships with others, perhaps even more so. We spend so much time allowing society to dictate what we should love and hate about ourselves, when we should be loving all that we are. Our talents, and our flaws, are all a part of what makes us, us. Look at yourself, reflect on your uniqueness, and love the hell out of it all. Give yourself permission to be who you are. Give yourself permission to change something, because YOU want it. Change because you feel it is necessary for own growth, not because you think you're broken. Take care of YOU.
Be good to yourselves and to each other my loves. Be Kind, Be Peace, and Be Love. Yesterday is past and tomorrow isn't promised. Live and love for today. - Live - Laugh - Love - Namaste
