Simple Kindness

Good evening dear ones. As the world continues to watch the events of the virus unfold, I hope that it is reminded to try and be kind. Everyone is stressed, afraid, and dealing with things we know nothing about. States are starting to open back up, but with certain rules in place. People are getting angry, causing problems, getting violent, or just making life difficult for those around them. Stop. Please remember these rules are there for a reason. Take a step back and remind yourself that the cashier who is ringing you up didn't make those rules. Even if it doesn't matter to you, and you feel fine, it may matter to the elderly man who's wife just came home from the hospital. It may matter to the pregnant woman who just found out she's high risk, but has no one to help her out. You may not be worried about your own safety, but take a moment to consider that the person behind you is concerned for theirs. If something as simple as putting on a mask in places that require it, will help alleviate someone's fears then why not do it? If wearing a mask is a problem for you, then go somewhere else. These places that are making it a requirement aren't violating anyone's rights, they are simply choosing to add 'no mask' to the 'no shoes, no shirt, no service' rules that have been in place for decades.


My loves, do not let the world get to you. Do not let it make you bitter. Open your heart and show kindness to those who are working their asses off to keep it going. Take a moment to thank the workers that are trying their best to make sure shelves are stocked, food is delivered, and that their families are safe, as well as yours. The worst virus going around these days is hate. Lets stop it, and start spreading love. Make someone's day and leave them feeling better about the world and perhaps even themselves.

Take care of yourselves and each other. Be Kind, Be Peace, and Be Love. Never let a day go by without telling your loved ones how you feel. Yesterday is past and tomorrow isn't promised. Live and love for today. - Live - Laugh - Love - Namaste
