"It is a painful thing to look at your own trouble and know that you, yourself and no one else has made it." ~Sophocles~

Good morning dear ones. Humans have been destroying each other for many millennia and it seems they have become quite good at it. New and better ways are being discovered all the time and in some places its a daily occurrence. I suppose practice makes perfect, right? One thing humans aren't so good at, is taking responsibility for their own actions. Blame is constantly being thrown around on other people, places, things, instead of on the person who did the deed. Excuse after excuse gets brought to the fore to provide an escape of responsibility. "The devil made me do it", "Broken Home", "Someone just like them did me wrong", "I have an addiction", "I just couldn't help myself", the list goes on.

I am weary. I know I've said it many times, but it has been a struggle for years and I only grow more weary by the day. The news seemingly glorifies the hate, the violence, and anything that negatively impacts our world instead of condemning it. The news isn't completely to blame, though. Even before the news shoved everything in our faces, humans seem to have been prone to it. The violence that humans have enacted on each other is endless and many of the reasons behind those acts are inexcusable.

My loves, take a moment to look inside yourself and if any hate resides there, get rid of it. Hate is a poison that needs to be purged from our system. Take a moment to look at yourself in the mirror and if there is anything that you need to take responsibility for, do it. Own what you may have done wrong in life and use it as a lesson for the future. Take a moment to think of the many blessings in your life and remember those that have been there for you. Be good to yourselves and each other. Please know that you are loved, and never let a day go by without giving and showing your love to others. Life is so full of uncertainties and you never know what tomorrow will bring. Be Kind, Be Peace, and Be love. Yesterday is past and tomorrow isn't promised. Live and love for today. Namaste
